Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts a prime location right at the base of the lifts, making it exceptionally convenient for both ski and bike enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and modern but furnished with worn-out Ikea-style furniture. The service varies from super friendly and efficient to somewhat dismissive, depending on the staff member. The dining experience offers mediocre food with limited options and slow service. Overall, it's a great spot for relaxation after a long day of adventure, marred only by some service inconsistencies.
The hotel had modern and very clean rooms, and our reception apartment was set up well with everything we required to cook. It made our stay even better as we got a bigger apartment. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who helped us get up to Village bowl for the fireworks on opening night. However, the location was not up to scratch as we were woken early every morning by noisy vehicles. The dining experience was poor in quality, not meeting our expectations for a 4-5 star hotel. Despite that, the facilities were excellent.
The hotel's location is perfect, but the room views were disappointing as they faced the noisy Slalom Plaza. The service was lacking as we were denied a room with the advertised views despite our multiple-night stay. However, the staff handled the situation well, keeping us informed. The dining experience had some highlights but could use improvement, and the facilities were decent overall.
